They are used for all kinds of cargo and made from either steel or aluminum.
The 40′ and 45' HC (High Cube) units are ideal for light, voluminous cargo.

Flat Rack containers are used for heavy and oversized cargo, which cannot be loaded into a container with fixed walls and hence needs loading from top or side.
Flat Rack containers can be delivered with both fixed and collapsible walls.
